How much is the Capital Investment?

₱5 to 13 million. The capital investment is highly dependent on the type of stores.

What are the types of franchise stores?

Penong's Full Store:

- This is the larger dining space. It offers a full menu of Penong's famous grilled products,

along with a variety of other dishes, side items, and beverages.

- It includes larger seating capacity and is designed to cater to larger groups or families,

offering a more dine-in experience.

Penong's Jr:

- A smaller dining space, more compact version, catering to quicker service, faster table

turn-over, and reduced staffing needs.

- It offers a limited menu, focusing on brand’s best-selling grilled products.

- This branch is often set up for faster service and may have less seating capacity.

What is the area requirement?

Penongs Full Store: 500 to 600 sqm (inclusive of parking space)

Penong’s Jr: 200 to 300 sqm (inclusive of parking space)

How much and how long is the return on investment?

The ROI typically falls within the range of 3 to 4 years. The restaurant profitability is dependent on several factors such as sales, market potential, investment and the ability of the franchisee to control his operating expenses. Other questions on financial viability will be discussed only during the interview process.

What are the requirements in selecting a location?

The site should be located preferably in high traffic commercial areas accessible to both pedestrians and motorist. Proposed site with complete site requirements will undergo site evaluation and assessment.

Do I need to undergo training?

Yes, you are required to attend and the number of days will depend on the training requirement.

1. Complete the following initial requirements:

a. Signed Letter of Intent (LOI) – Download template here

b. Fill-out the Applicant Information Sheet – Download template here

2. Site References:

a. Location Map – indicated nearby landmarks (Google maps screenshot) – mark on the map your proposed location

b. Actual Photo of Site (Lot or Building) – showing front and sides

c. Lot Plan (indicating the area with measurements/dimensions)

d. Site Development Plan (applicable to Malls or within a building)

e. Lease Offer/Details (if available)

3. Submit these documents through any of the following:

a. Business Office:
